The location was perfect for me as its an easy commute between Kilsyth and Cumbernauld. The room was clean (smelled and felt like new), and offered all the usual expectations you would expect; including an en-suite toilet, free-Wi-Fi, TV and tea/coffee making facilities, The double bed was comfy and the breakfast was generous and well-cooked with a fast, efficient and professional table service. The power shower was perfect after a busy day! I didn't have dinner at the hotel as I was meeting my daughter for a meal elsewhere, but I can vouch for the wonderful smells emanating from the restaurant, and it looked really busy, which speaks for itself.

Kilsyth probably isn't a top tourist destination. We stayed here as part of our journey cycling the John Muir Way. We found the hotel to be really nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant was a complete surprise. There was a huge choice of food on offer and the meals were excellent and generous. Breakfast was equally as good. They even stored our cycles overnight for us so if you're doing the John Muir Way, consider this as a good stopping point.

*Service: I’d like to give 10 out of 10 ☺️ I’m so satisfied with the kindness of the employees, especially servers at the restaurant. They’re offering excellent services. *Location: The hotel was close to Croy station. It was 5 mins away from the station by car. *Breakfast: It was lovely and nicely offered. *Facility: Room and the shower place was a bit small, but apart from this, room condition was good and clean. The bed was also comfy. Wifi was also well-connected.

We stayed at a family room for 6 nights, which was spacious and clean. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food (breakfast and dinners) were sensational, the potions were generous. No wonder the restaurant was always packed. The overall stay was comfortable and cozy. I really regret not booking to stay longer. Will definitely re-visit.
